2. Data we may collect

When the live “Keep me posted” form is activated, we may collect the work email address, company name, market, selected area of interest, consent record and any information you choose to include in a message.

Our live website may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and security logs. Analytics or marketing data will be processed only when the relevant tools are enabled and, where required, after consent.

3. Why we use personal data

We may use personal data to provide requested JuicyDry^™ updates, answer enquiries, manage business relationships, protect the website and comply with legal obligations. Product updates are sent on the basis of consent. Enquiries and business communications may also be processed to take steps at your request or for our legitimate interest in responding and developing commercial relationships.

4. This interactive prototype

The current mockup is a local interactive prototype. The “Keep me posted” form does not transmit its contents to Vegg White or any third party. Review comments are stored only in the visitor’s browser using local storage unless the visitor explicitly exports them as a file.

5. Recipients and service providers

For the live website, personal data may be processed by website hosting, form, email, customer relationship management, analytics, security and professional service providers acting under appropriate contracts. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we will use an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where required.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Marketing contact data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the data is no longer needed. Business correspondence and technical records may be retained longer where required for legal, security or record-keeping purposes.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The prototype itself does not require advertising cookies. A live Wix implementation may use essential cookies for security and functionality. Analytics or marketing cookies should be activated only in line with the choices presented in the cookie banner.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to certain processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No online system is completely secure, so safeguards are reviewed as the website and its services develop.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, form integrations or applicable requirements change. The current version will show its effective date at the top of this page.
